Hi... I am trying to post an announcement for a mod I created, but it tells me I am a spammer. Did I do wrong?

I took over administering a forum and want to change the forum's logo. It has already been changed once from the default logo. I go to the ACP/General/Logo Management and am able to upload the image (the message says that the image was uploaded successfully), but when I return to the Board Index, the image remains the same. I have tried purging the forum's cache both before and after uploading the new image, and I have tried used the Reset Button. I can flip back & forth between the default logo and the image I wish to delete, but I can't change the non-default image. What am I doing wrong?

help! suddenly my site's NEW MEMBER REGISTRATION button links to the FREE FORUM get a site page rather than MY OWN SITE'S member register page! I've posted more info in General.
